Camp Hero Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Camp Hero! We are thrilled that you are considering joining us for an unforgettable adventure. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that you read, review, and sign these terms and conditions. Your signature will confirm your understanding and agreement.

Payments and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Payments will be refunded in full if a class must be cancelled due to not meeting the minimum participant numbers.
  • Confirmed Bookings: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Spaces paid for will be prioritised.

Liability and Safety

  • Liability: Camp Hero, including all staff members, shall not be responsible for any loss or injury incurred during the class. Participation is at your own risk.
  • First Aid: A trained first aider will be on-site to provide necessary assistance for injuries.
  • Behaviour: Camp Hero reserves the right to remove any participant from our programme without a refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Health and Medical Information

  • Medical Conditions: All medical conditions must be declared during registration. Please keep us updated on any changes by contacting us at 07368 960727 or via email.
  • Illness Policy: Please refrain from bringing your child to camp if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • No Refunds for Personal Absence: We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.

Photography and Videography

  • Consent: By signing these terms, you agree to allow Camp Hero to photograph or video your child for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt-out by informing us via the provided contact details.
  • Opt-Out: You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed or videoed for marketing use. Please inform us of any changes to this preference.

Weather and Missed Sessions

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If sessions are missed due to typical bad weather, Camp Hero will offer a makeup session, or parents will be offered a refund.

Additional Terms

  • Data Protection: Personal information provided to Camp Hero will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
  • Right to Modify Terms: Camp Hero reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
